When repeat clients were first introduced to this home by their realtor, they knew they would need a comprehensive team to envision the full renovation needed and project management services to manage the design goals, construction scope, and five-phase project budget. We began work immediately to propose reconfigured floor plans and assemble the talented team of engineers, project architect, builder, home automation consultant, and interior designer.

As part of our scope we updated all three floors of this home including the new fully custom kitchen, bar, butler’s pantry, mudroom, office, living rooms, dressing room, 5 bedrooms, 7 1/2 baths, walk-out basement, wine room, and outdoor kitchen/living spaces for family and entertaining.
